Préparation

Décongeler les tartes selon les instructions figurant sur l’emballage.

Faire fondre le chocolat dans un récipient, au bain-marie. Mélanger les cornflakes et le chocolat.

Recouvrir une plaque de cuisson de papier sulfurisé et répartir la préparation cornflakes-chocolat sur la plaque. Recouvrir d’une deuxième feuille de papier et étaler la préparation au rouleau à pâtisserie pour former une couche mince. Laisser refroidir et durcir.

Retirer délicatement une feuille de papier sulfurisé. Découper des tuiles au couteau ou à la main pour obtenir la forme souhaitée.

Disposer les tartes décongelées sur des assiettes. Ajouter une boule de glace et décorer avec une tuile.
