Préparation

Placez un anneau de gâteau sur une assiette à gâteau et beurrez l'intérieur.

Faites fondre le beurre pour la base biscuitée. Placez les spéculoos dans un sac congélation. Ecrasez les spéculoos avec un rouleau à pâtisserie jusqu'à ce qu'ils soient complètement émiettés.

Mettez les miettes de spéculoos dans un bol et mélangez-les avec le beurre fondu. Appuyez les miettes au fond de l'anneau de gâteau. Placez ensuite l’anneau de gâteau au congélateur pendant 30 minutes.

Laissez décongeler la crème glacée à la vanille pendant 5 minutes jusqu'à ce qu'elle soit tartinable. Appliquez une couche uniforme sur la base de biscuits glacés. Placez l’anneau de gâteau à nouveau au congélateur pendant 30 minutes. Renouvelez cette opération avec la glace chocolat et caramel.

Avant de servir, passez un couteau entre le gâteau et l’anneau de gâteau puis détachez l’anneau. Fouettez la crème fraîche ferme. Versez celle-ci dans une poche à douille avec un embout lisse et décorez le bord du gâteau de petites touffes. Décorez le centre du gâteau avec le « crunch » . Coupez le gâteau en morceaux et servez.
